Vet Blog Illustrations
Introduction
An agency approached me about creating article banner assets for various vet blog articles. Many of these articles centered around the wellbeing of vet practitioners as well as themes like best practices, technology, preventing burnout and furthering education.
Process
I worked with drafts and editor notes of articles to various sketch concepts based off of themes for each article. From there, the strongest options were brought into final through either illustrating myself or utilizing stock assets. I followed the style guide for color themes in order to match other assets in the blog feed. Each image needed to be optimized for desktop and mobile web with a safe area containing the main image.
